Inner Moonlight welcomes Kendra Greene and Matthew Klane this month! Brief open mic to follow. Bring a poem. We dare you.

Kendra Greene became an essayist during a Fulbright grant in South Korea, completed her MFA at the University of Iowa as a Jacob K. Javits Fellow, and for a few years convinced the Dallas Museum of Art they needed a Writer in Residence. She is currently Visiting Assistant Professor of creative writing at UT Dallas, Associate Editor of prose at the Southwest Review, and not infrequently can be found as a Visiting Artist at the Nasher Sculpture Center. She is the author of three chapbooks published by Anomalous Press, and her first book is forthcoming from Penguin Books in Summer 2020. Her broadside printing can be seen in the solo exhibition TOXIC at The Reading Room, Saturdays from May 18-June 22.

Matthew Klane is co-editor at Flim Forum Press. His books include Canyons (w/ James Belflower, Flim Forum, 2016), Che (Stockport Flats, 2013) and B (Stockport Flats, 2008). An e-chapbook from Of the Day is online at Delete Press and an e-book My is online at Fence Digital. Recent work is online or forthcoming at Barzakh, Homonym, Pulpmouth, and The Spectacle. He currently lives and writes in Albany, NY, where he curates the The REV Poetry Series and teaches at Russell Sage College. See:
