She is the founder and former executive director of the Fundación para la Justicia y el Estado Democrático de Derecho, an organization dedicated to defending the rights of victims and their families, with a focus on cases of enforced disappearances, human trafficking, and cross-border violence.

Delgadillo’s tireless work has spanned Mexico and Central America, addressing some of the region’s most pressing human rights challenges. Her efforts have contributed to groundbreaking legal cases, policy changes, and strengthened protections for vulnerable communities. Currently, she serves as a member of the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, where she collaborates on international strategies to uncover the truth, ensure justice, and prevent future violations.
